Jennifer Firenze

Jennifer is the heart behind keeping things running smoothly and making sure our agents always feel supported!  She loves bringing fun into the work environment, whether she’s planning team activities, coming up with games, or finding a reason for everyone to laugh and connect. Outside of the office, Jennifer is a boy mom of two, has been married to her husband for 15 years, and loves life on their farm. When she’s not working or planning something, you can almost always find her at a sporting event cheering on one of her boys!
