Hey there! I’m Candace Perkins. I’m passionate about helping people navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, clarity, and a whole lot of Texas heart!

Before stepping into real estate, I spent years in customer success and leadership roles. That experience taught me how to listen well, solve problems, and be a steady guide through big decisions. I’ve always loved helping people succeed, and now I get to do that by helping YOU with this very important life-decision!

Waco is home for me, and I’ve lived in almost every part of town! My husband, Willie, is the Lead Pastor at Renovation Church. When I’m not helping clients or serving at church, I'm spending time with my seven amazing kids, five beautiful grandbabies who call me “Ati,” and my incredible extended family.

I believe real estate isn’t just about buying or selling. It’s about building relationships and creating a space where life happens!
